This foundation course equips fellows to plan and deliver development projects on scope, on time and on budget. Over four two-hour sessions, fellows learn what makes something a project, work through the project life cycle, define scope and break work down, and build schedules, budgets and responsibility matrices; then manage risk and close a project well, capturing lessons for the next one. Practical and activity-led throughout, it uses familiar Nigerian project examples so fellows leave with tools they can apply immediately.
