This foundation course covers the backbone skills that turn plans into action on the ground. Across four two-hour sessions, fellows learn how the development supply chain works, how to plan and mobilise a field deployment (including respectful community entry), how to procure and manage supplies with integrity, and how to keep teams safe, coordinated and within budget. Built around the realities of working in hard-to-reach Nigerian communities poor roads, unreliable power, cold-chain and access challenges it prepares fellows to make programmes actually happen.
Sessions: (1) Foundations & the supply chain; (2) Field planning & mobilisation; (3) Procurement, supplies & assets; (4) Safety, security & coordination.
